Description

Jazzy and Flamenco elements intertwine in this piece, demanding the interpreter versatility, dynamism and rhythmic sense. The excellent horn player Paco Rodriguez asked me to write this version for horn and piano of the Spanish folk melody La Tarara to perform it at the Opera America Theatre in New York in November 2014.
